Position: Food & Beverage Team Leader (Fulltime)
Ivy & Jack is part of the
Holiday Inn Perth City Centre
, so our customers can vary from in-house guests (often enjoying buffet breakfast), external customers, or corporate clients utilising our conference spaces. The venue is open from breakfast to dinner, 7 days per week.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be warm and welcoming, delivering a personal level of service to our customers at Ivy & Jack. You will be the backbone of the team throughout the service periods to keep the operation running smoothly and efficiently. This includes preparing and serving beverages, highlighting promotions, handling guest feedback, taking orders etc.

What you will do:

• Ensuring all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.
• Liaising and working collaboratively with Food & Beverage Management regarding daily duties.
• Assisting with supporting the development of the team to maximise performance and great company culture.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivering the Holiday Inn brand service style of 'Making Guests Smile" by enabling real human connections, putting guests at ease, and creating moments of delight.
• Developing and maintain cohesive working relationships within immediate team, and wider hotel team.
• Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant including compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or Supervisor role.
• Be highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people.
• Know how to prepare a wide range of beverages.
• Have the ability to delegate, drive and motivate a team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Shifts will include weekends & Public Holidays.
