The Brisbane Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic and professional food and beverage attendants to join its team. The individual can work within our front of house team led by our Front of House Manager to assist run an efficient hospitality operation and deliver exceptional Member experience.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years experience as a food and beverage attendant, an outstanding attitude towards customer service, excellent presentation and strong communication skills. Events experience would be highly regarded.
The Brisbane Golf Club
The Brisbane Golf Club was established in 1896 and is ranked in the top 100 golf course in Australia. We are the third oldest golf club in Queensland and located in Yeerongpilly just 10 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. We are home to just over 1,750 Members.
Our hospitality facilities include a Member's Lounge, Halfway House, and indoor and outdoor event areas including the Tennyson Room and Jacaranda Gardens. In the current financial year 25 weddings and 30 corporate golf days will be held at the Club.

General Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to Members and guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, including the making of coffees.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all service areas.
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in the setup and pack-down of functions or events as required.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including menu items and specials.
- Work at events hosted by the Club.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
