About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
- Cross-sales
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:
- Adaptive verbal and written communication
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
