About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist / Dental Assistant who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. Experience in dental assisting or reception is welcomed, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and a strong work ethic are what matter most.

Days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (half day), alternate Sundays (half day)

This is a dual role involving both front desk duties and chairside assisting. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing recalls
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Assisting dentists chairside with procedures
  • Sterilisation, preparation of treatment rooms, and general clinical support
  • Providing friendly, professional service at all times
