Amaraa Hair is now looking for first, second, or third year apprentices and a senior stylist to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • SENIORS - Deliver personalised consultations with a strong understanding of client needs
  • SENIORS - Performing full menu services, including start to finish colouring, cutting and styling
  • Capability to manage and service a fully booked schedule with efficiency and excellence
  • Effectively upsell treatments, services, retail products, and gift shop items
  • Demonstrating exceptional 5-star customer service
  • Participating in training and development activities
  • Regular maintenance and self-management of social media platforms
  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation and adhere to the dress code
  • Rebook appointments, and update client details & history accurately
  • Cleaning, station and salon maintenance
  • Maintaining health and safety requirements
  • Establishing a genuine bond and fostering trust with clients
