The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Glazier to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and coordinate subcontracted labourers on-site, ensuring the highest standards of glass installation and safety. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to deliver customised glass solutions that meet exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Determine the type and dimensions of glass required for each project
Measure, mark, and cut glass using patterns, templates, and specialized tools
Examine the glass for defects and mark defective areas
Break off excess glass and smooth rough edges using belt sanders and smoothing wheels
Lay glass over patterns on padded tables or in jigs for precision cutting
Install glass panels, glass fencing, balustrades, mirrors, and skylights in accordance with specifications
Perform on-site fitting and adjustment, ensuring quality and safety compliance
May coat, etch, trim, or treat glass to achieve special finishes or effects
Coordinate and supervise subcontracted labourers during installation works

About You
Proven experience as a Glazier, ideally in glass fencing and architectural glazing
Skilled in glass cutting, handling, and installation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
