We have an exciting opportunity for a Precast Draftsperson to join one of Australia's largest and most respected precast concrete companies. From high-end residential developments to large-scale infrastructure, we're proud to play a role in some of the country's most iconic construction projects.
Renowned for our technical excellence and ability to deliver complex precast solutions, we draft, manufacture, and install a wide range of precast products—including architectural wall panels (brick inlay, curved, patterned), balustrades, columns and even flooring systems.
About the Role
As a key member of our projects team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings for complete precast projects. This is a hands-on drafting role where your work will directly contribute to bringing innovative designs to life—from detailed iconic façades to full precast structural packages for state-of-the-art data centres.
Key Responsibilities
Produce comprehensive precast drawing packages for factory production and site installation, including:
3D modelling
- Shop drawings
- Layouts
- Elevations
- Fitting details
- Develop practical, buildable solutions that meet the requirements of design consultants, manufacturing, transport, and site installation.
- Prepare project-related RFIs
- Perform quantity take-offs
About You
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented draftsperson with:
- Over 2 years' experience in a relevant drafting role (experience in precast concrete is ideal but not essential)
- Proficiency in 3D drafting software, particularly Revit
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
