About the Role

The Assessment Service Team Leader is responsible for managing the operational functions of the Sydney Local Health District Aged Care Assessment Service. The team leader is responsible for ensuring all assessors fulfil their responsibilities correctly when approving Commonwealth Government funded aged care services.

Ideal Candidate

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in the management and delivery of aged care services.
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a demonstrated capacity to liaise and negotiate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Current unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence (P2 Licence acceptable).
