Job Description:

As a Group Fitness Coach at Tribe Wellness Co. you will play a key role in creating a motivating and supportive fitness environment. You will lead group fitness classes, provide personalized instruction, and inspire participants to maximize their performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading dynamic and engaging group fitness classes such as HIIT & strength training.
  • Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing modifications for participants with varying fitness levels.
  • Creating and delivering well-structured workouts that align with our fitness program goals.
  • Motivating and encouraging participants to achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the safety of all participants during classes.
  • Building strong relationships with members to enhance their overall fitness experience.
  • Assisting with fitness assessments, consultations, and program development for members as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor or equivalent certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience leading group fitness classes.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience leading group fitness classes is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
  • Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness program design.
  • Australian work rights will be considered on a case by case basis.
