Monkey Bean Café, in the heart of the Toorak Village, is looking for a new Head Chef.
The successful applicant will possess a mixture of experience and creative passion, delivering our existing menu as well as costed seasonal specials/menus.
He/she will also possess relevant experience in the key areas of stock control, ordering, kitchen organisation and staff supervision.
The position may well suit a Sous Chef looking to step up into a higher role, or a Head Chef seeking a daytime position with a better work/life balance.
Hours are 38/week, with 2-3 openings (6am weekdays; 6:30/7am Sat/Sundays). All shifts end 3pm.
