What You'll Be Doing:

As a FOH Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll work closely with your team and Shift Manager to make sure every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.

Your role will include:

  • Delivering Memorable Service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide an exceptional dining experience with positivity and professionalism.
  • Food & Beverage Quality: Ensure every dish and drink is served to our high standards — nothing leaves the pass unless it's 100%.
  • Guest Engagement: Follow the "never walk past a problem" rule, resolve issues quickly, and always go out of your way to make someone's day.
  • Team Contribution: Support your section and your team by keeping the floor clean, organised, and running with energy.
  • Efficiency & Standards: Work with speed and urgency, keep wait times low, and complete pre- and post-shift tasks with care.
  • Atmosphere: Help create the vibe — think music, lighting, energy, and smiles — because our guests feel what we create.
