The Role

We're seeking an experienced concreter to join our installation team. You'll be responsible for concreting foundations and installing our custom shed solutions across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Toowoomba regions. This role combines technical concreting skills with hands-on installation work in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Concreting operations - site quotes, measuring quantities, preparing, boxing and finishing rebated concrete pads up to 30m²
• Shed and aviary installation following company specifications
• Structural landscaping including site preparation and small retaining walls
• Delivery services to customer locations
• Troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer outcomes

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven concreting experience with ability to box, screed and finish concrete slabs
• Current driver's licence
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic and problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills

Preferred:

• Previous labouring or shed installation experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Current Police check (or willingness to obtain)
