About the Role

Pilbara Boats N Bikes is seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join our award-winning team in Port Hedland. We have opportunities for both workshop-based and mobile servicing roles.

Choose from:

Full-time residential position

FIFO role (with flexible rostering)

We're a family-owned business selling and servicing top brands including Yamaha Outboards, Quintrex, Yellowfin, CF Moto, Stihl, Honda, New Age Caravans, WaveRunners, and more.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Servicing and maintenance of outboard motors and Wave Runners
  • Diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding
  • Boat fit-ups and electrical installations (12V)
  • Re-powers and sea testing
  • Trailer servicing and mobile callouts

What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Marine Technician (or Trade Assistant with strong outboard experience)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Own toolkit
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance
  • (Preferred) Forklift ticket
  • (Preferred) Recreational Skipper's Ticket + trailer boat handling experience
  • (Highly regarded) Yamaha factory training or diagnostic experience

Bonus if You Have:
  • Experience with motorcycles, caravans, or power equipment
