Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Precious Metals Sales Consultant who is eager to advance their career in sales management. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to master critical sales techniques, stakeholder management, and advanced data analysis to identify and negotiate profitable deals. This is a hands-on role that provides a unique foundation in cross-functional roles and people management, positioning you for rapid advancement into sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on profitable sales opportunities, employing strong numerical and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and achieve targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, logistics, and trade desk teams to deliver a holistic, company-wide approach to business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal partners to drive revenue growth and enhance brand loyalty.
- Process & Systems Development: Gain exposure to business process improvement and systems development projects, refining your analytical skills to enhance lead generation and customer cycle management.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed sales reports, analyze trends, and make strategic recommendations that enhance profitability.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Handle client transactions and account management with precision, demonstrating exceptional organization to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
