Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team of over 140 enthusiastic employees.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will become a vital part of our customer service team, focusing primarily on managing incoming service calls. Your key responsibility will be to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them to quick and satisfactory resolutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing immediate solutions and support to customers experiencing issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to diagnose problems, offering decisive and clear troubleshooting steps to resolve them swiftly.
  • Maintain a keen focus on achieving fast turnaround times in resolving customer inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document feedback and insights from customer interactions to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to warranty claims and service requests, adhering to company policies and service standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the solar industry and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service experience, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Valid C class driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Passionate about contributing to the solar revolution and helping customers save money and improve their experiences.
