OCRT is seeking Expressions of Interest from Communications Systems Engineers with expertise in tactical SATCOM, wide area networks, and defence systems integration. We're looking for practitioners seeking to grow their career with an Australian-owned company working within the National Security Sector as part of our Canberra-based workforce.

We are seeking EOIs from Communication Engineers supporting tactical network integration work for a Land domain capability program.

The technical work:

  • Configure and test SATCOM systems and wide area network bearers
  • Build routing assemblies using OSPF, EIGRP, BGP protocols
  • Establish IP cryptographic networks
  • Support Defence exercises and provide technical training
  • Integration across tactical communications systems

You'll need:

  • Hands-on SATCOM/WAN configuration experience in military contexts
  • Understanding of tactical communications deployment
  • Ability to work independently with military stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary/vocational qualifications
  • NV1 clearance (mandatory)
