We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Human Resources Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in a full-time position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

Based at our Riverland winery and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and driving key initiatives that contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce.

From recruitment and onboarding to training, employee welfare and cultural engagement, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

· Coordinate and conduct employee inductions and support probation review processes.

· Maintain accurate employee records in line with company and legal requirements.

· Support the development and review of HR policies and procedures.

· Maintain the company's training register and coordinate internal and external training activities.

· Support the management of apprenticeships and traineeships, including bookings and travel arrangements.

· Assist with workplace injury management and Return to Work SA claims.

· Support health and wellbeing programs across the business.

· Help drive initiatives that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

· Coordinate staff events, functions, and community engagement activities.

· Assist with employee exit processes and reporting on exit feedback.

What You'll Bring

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Coordinator or generalist HR support role.

· Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business.

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for HR.

· Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (e.g., Chris21) is desirable.

· Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field would be an advantage.
