Experienced Café All-Rounder Wanted

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Café Staff/All-Rounder. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.

  • Friendly and approachable personality—you genuinely enjoy speaking with people and creating positive experiences.

  • Looking for long-term work, including availability on public holidays. Great hours available Monday to Friday.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar café or hospitality environment.

  • Strong knowledge of typical café food and beverage offerings.

  • Confident in basic cooking skills, including making fried and scrambled eggs.

  • Willingness to prepare sandwiches and wraps, and eager to learn our methods.

  • Must have the stamina and resilience to work in a very busy café and handle 8-hour shifts.

  • Must be able to work very well as part of a team and also be responsible and self-motivated enough to perform tasks without any supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide top-tier customer service.

  • Take customer orders efficiently using our ordering system.

  • Serve food and drinks to dine-in customers promptly.

  • Prepare cold drinks, assist barista in making cold drinks during busy time.

  • Assist in making/toasting sandwiches and wraps, and assist with light cooking duties.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across tables, workstations, and the café environment.

  • Assist in closing shifts, ensuring the café is clean and ready for the next day.
