The Opportunity:

We're seeking experienced Site Managers, Site Supervisors, and Team Leaders who can bring strong operational leadership to our mobile crushing teams. You'll be responsible for driving production performance, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What we 're looking for:

  • Proven experience in mobile crushing operations (essential)
  • Proven experience in leadership roles
  • Strong background in mining, civil or quarry environments
  • S26 qualifications (highly desirable)
  • Strong operational understanding of excavators, loaders, and mobile crushing circuits
  • Confident leading teams and managing schedules
  • Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain a National Police Check
