Allied Credit is a leading asset financier originating loans through Dealership, Broker and Salary Packager intermediaries through our house brands, joints venture and white label alliance partners. Offering consumer and commercial retail finance products and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact Customer Retention Program. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of program deliverables— from defining detailed objectives and scope to launching initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
You'll work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging CRM and digital tools to deliver seamless, data-driven customer journeys. You will be engaging with C-suite executives across the business to determine requirements, explain your program initiatives and ensure a seamless change process.

What you will be doing
- Initiation & Planning
- Working with Sponsor and Business Owner to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Identifying stakeholders and establish governance structures, developing a high-level roadmap with phased milestones.
- Discovery & Requirements Gathering
- Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops while assessing current state, gaps and opportunities.
- Documenting functional, technical, legal and compliance requirements.
- Design & Framework Development
- Creating the program framework, including governance, processes and tools.
- Designing customer journeys, content, workflows and data flows.
- Aligning CRM and digital capabilities with program goals.
- Phase 1 Execution (Pilot)
- Launching a controlled pilot; monitoring performance, gathering feedback and refining approach.
- Ensuring foundational elements (e.g., data, SFTP, communications) are stable.
- Scale & Expand
- Rolling out subsequent phases aligned to strategic roadmap.
- Introducing additional features, segments or channels, continuing stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Monitor, Optimise & Report
- Tracking KPIs and customer engagement metrics, while providing regular reviews to stakeholders.
Your background
- Solid experience in scoping out a program of work, liaising with a range of stakeholders, implementing the initiatives and then embedding them into the business.
- Experience in automotive finance and the consumer finance legislative environment required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamic 365 or similar tools.
- Experience setting up CRM workflows, triggers and automated campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and operate with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capability of presenting and influencing at executive level.
- Proven experience delivering profitable customer-focused results.
