The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for preparing and compiling tenders for a diverse range of projects valued between $1M and $100M. This role involves forming and achieving bid strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the submission of exceptional quality bids that meet client requirements.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have experience with the process, excellent organisation and communication skills, an eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.

The position criteria are:

• Graphic design experience.
• Commercial construction industry experience would be beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders concurrently, with exceptional time management skills to plan and meet competing fixed deadlines.
• Effective communication, including excellent written and document presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Skills in mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to complete LIPD and social procurement schedules.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and InDesign.
