The OpportunityYou'll be a key support to the advice team, managing day-to-day administration and playing a hands-on role in implementing advice and improving workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and managing client appointments
  • Processing documentation and administrative tasks
  • Updating client data in XPLAN
  • Supporting the implementation of financial advice

  • Experience in a client services role within financial advice
  • A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability
