Our client is a leading Australian owned marine electrical company, providing specialised electrical and engineering solutions for the defence sector. Known for high quality, safety focused approach, they work on some of the most innovative and large scale projects in the industry.

Your role

As an Electrical Technician, you will:

  • Perform electrical fault finding (earthing issues, motors/engines, DC voltage systems, UPS, communication systems)
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in Ship Management Systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Work within a highly skilled team, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously develop technical skills

What you need

  • A positive personality that fits well within a dynamic team
  • Based in Darwin, NT
  • Current NT Unrestricted Electrical License
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Working at Heights Certification
  • Ability to complete a National Police Check (no need to provide your own)
  • Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screening
  • A strong work history, demonstrating stability and reliability
