About the Role
Qualified Chefs | Springfield Tavern (Newly Renovated)
The newly renovated Springfield Tavern is looking for experienced, qualified and passionate Chefs to join our team With a brand-new look and an exciting menu, we're searching for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in delivering quality food every time. These are full-time positions with a mix of day, night, weekends and public holiday shifts. Offering a great variety and a chance to be part of something new from the ground up. If you're a team player with strong attention to detail and a love for modern pub dining, we want to hear from you
A day in the life of a Chef:
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
- Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard
What do we need from you
About you:
- You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
- You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
