The Role: Full-Time Sales Professional – Solar & Battery Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented seller to drive our solar and battery sales operations across the vibrant Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast corridor. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion, pitching state-of-the-art systems that deliver real energy independence to our clients. This isn't just a job—it's a launchpad to build and scale a powerhouse pipeline, driving our growth in one of the fastest-expanding sectors in the country.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end sales processes for solar panels, battery storage systems, and smart energy management setups.


• Conduct client consultations, needs assessments, and tailored proposals compliant with all Australian standards.


• Overcome objections, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless handoffs to installation teams for maximum client satisfaction.


• Collaborate with our engineering and marketing teams to deliver bespoke solutions that exceed client expectations.


• Travel between client sites from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, with all fuel covered—keeping you focused on what matters.

This full-time role demands 40+ hours per week, with flexibility for those peak closing pushes that define our industry-leading delivery.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:


• Proven sales track record in renewables or related fields.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive (Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast focus).


• Excellent persuasion abilities, with a client-first mindset and experience in value-based selling.


• Australian citizenship is required for this position.
