Tambrey Centre is looking for multiple Retail Supervisors to work in our bottleshop (Liquor Barons) located in the beautiful region of Karratha, Western Australia. If you are looking for a job with stable income, while you can enjoy the regional lifestyle, come join us.

Responsibilities

·      Oversee daily operations of the bottleshop, including opening and closing procedures

·      Ensuring the safe and responsible service of alcohol within the workplace.

·      Assisting employees with day-to-day tasks as well as training when required.

·      Allocate tasks to staff in the shifts, monitor their performance and help staff when needed.

·      Delivering excellent customer service, making product recommendations and dealing with any complaints or refunds.

·      Monitoring and rotating stocks, partaking in monthly stock take to ensure inventory is accurate.

·      Communicating with Store Manager regarding any issues with staff, orders, and general work tasks to be completed.

·      Managing social media accounts.

Skills and Attributes:

·       Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a retail supervisor, ideally in bottleshops with knowledge in dealing with alcohol.

·       Experience in managing a team of staff.

·       An energetic, professional, and fun person

·       Excellent communication and organisation skills

·       Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards

·       Teamwork is a must

·       Ability to work in different rosters, including late nights due to our long opening hours.

·       Ability to work on weekends.
