Our Mission

Impact Drilling aims to be a boutique-style RC & AC drilling company, built on the core values of reliability, safety, and quality, while fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships.

About the Role As a Driller's Offsider, you will assist the driller with general operational duties, including:

· Handling drill rods

· Rig maintenance

· Bagging samples

· Cleaning equipment

· Supporting drilling operations

· Mobilising and demobilising drill rigs at various sites

Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:

· A valid HR license (essential)

· The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

· A current National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)

· A First Aid Certificate (preferred)

· A willingness to work in remote and challenging environments

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· A commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
