Job Description

Food and Beverage / Gaming Attendant - Mermaid Waters Hotel

Join the team at the newly refurbished Mermaid Waters Hotel We are hiring versatile Food & Beverage All-Rounders to work across our busy bar, bistro and gaming areas.

You must be over 18 and hold a current RSA. (RCG a bonus) Experience is preferred due to the fast pace. Strong availability is essential for rotational shifts across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. If you are energetic and service-oriented, apply now

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

  • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

  • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

  • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

  • Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

  • Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

  • You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

  • You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

  • Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
