Kain Tayo is looking for an experienced chef with expertise particular to Filipino cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible in preparing, cooking, and presenting food, as well as managing the kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes with consistency and quality.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop new menu items and maintain authentic Filipino flavors.
  • Manage inventory, food prep, and kitchen operations.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef/Cook specialising in Filipino cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen and handle multiple orders efficiently.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
