Support Worker – RaeCare Support Services

Location: various- from Gold Coast, Logan, Scenic Rim, South Brisbane.

Employment Type: Casual (with opportunity for ongoing shifts)

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be supporting NDIS participants in their homes and communities to live independently and reach their goals. Duties may include:

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Community access and social outings
  • Meal preparation and household tasks
  • Building life skills and capacity (e.g., cooking, budgeting, activities)
  • Providing companionship and encouragement
About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Are empathetic, patient, and a great communicator
  • Can commit to building consistent, trusting relationships with participants
  • Have experience or a genuine interest in disability support

  • Hold (or are willing to obtain):

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Blue Card (Working with Children)
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
