About the Role

Your commitment to consistently delivering highest standards of service, combined with understanding and knowledge of high-quality tools and equipment from the best trade and industrial focused brands will see us achieve this.

As a Full Time member of our team, you will work an 11-day fortnightly roster:

Week 1: Monday – Friday

Week 2: Monday – Saturday

We are closed every Sunday and National Public Holidays, and we don't open late night Thursday.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will be a hybrid role between the Goods-inwards warehouse and the sales floor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships our suppliers and customers
• Liaising with internal departments, other stores and our Business Development Representatives to exceed customer expectations
• In-store inventory management
• Processing inbound stock
• Picking and Packing outbound stock
• Assembling items for display
• If the warehouse is up to date, then you're on the floor with our sales team

Previous tool or trade experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. If you have a strong consumer goods, sales or retail background, have been on the tools, are in the latter part of your career, or are just great at selling and have a technical mind, then we want to meet you
