The Role

Reporting directly to our HVAC Account Manager with 16 years' experience, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems (including chilled and condenser water systems)
  • Conducting fault finding and repairs across a diverse range of equipment
  • Assisting with compliance testing, including full function fire tests
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client experiences

This role offers autonomy, stability, and variety across a strong portfolio of commercial clients.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers results with professionalism and care. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with chilled and condenser water systems
  • Familiarity with compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.)
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude

You must also hold:

  • Qualified HVAC Technician with QBCC Occupational Licence
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Current Driver's Licence

Bonus if you have:

  • Installation experience or project-based HVAC background

  • Previous experience in commercial or facilities environments

  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
