Production Worker

Gliderol Garage Doors, part of the dormakaba group, is one of Australia's largest manufacturers of sectional and roller doors. We are proud to produce high quality Australian made products, and we are looking for Production Workers who want steady work, real training, and a team they can count on.

If you are new to the industry, that is completely fine. We will train you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and assembling garage doors on the production line
• Using hand and power tools safely and accurately
• Working with a supportive team to meet daily targets
• Checking parts and finished work for quality and safety
• Operating machinery once trained
• Helping in the warehouse with loading and unloading when needed

Full in house training is provided.

We are looking for someone who turns up, works hard, and wants to learn. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is reliability, teamwork, and a focus on doing the job safely and well. This is a stable, full time role with plenty of room to grow across the wider dormakaba group.

You will be a good fit if you have:

• Experience in manufacturing or production, or a willingness to learn
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
• Physical fitness to handle hands on tasks in a fast paced setting
• Experience using power tools, or confidence to learn
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

A pre employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, is required.
