About the Role 

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Rutherford team. In this role, you'll guide our guests through the car-buying journey and help them find their dream vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Present and explain our range of vehicles and associated products

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Deliver outstanding post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Proactively follow up on leads to generate new and repeat business

About You 

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in sales (automotive preferred but not essential)

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strong computer literacy and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays

  • A current driver licence
