About the Role

As a casual Meter Reader, you will record accurate meter reads and report any safety hazards across residential and commercial sites. Your day will consist of:

• Carrying out inspections of meters
• Communication with the billing team
• Conducting accurate meter reads
• Collating data within set timeframes
• Communicating with customers

This role is offered on a casual basis, meaning your hours of work will vary depending on business needs and the number of shifts you receive each month may vary.

• Have a strong focus on safety
• Hold a current unrestricted Tasmanian drivers licence.

You must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered for this role. You must be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
