Warehouse Supervisor

National food distribution company is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in our Brisbane location. This role will supervise inbound and outbound operations, container unloads, quarantine inspections, pick packing, and daily local dispatches to major retailers and independent stores.

• Coordinate container unloading, receiving, and put-away.
• Organise and liaise with Quarantine (DAFF) inspections, ensuring AA compliance.
• Supervise pick packing operations, ensuring accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and food safety standards.
• Manage local dispatches to Coles, Woolworths, Costco, and independent retailers, meeting strict DIFOT requirements.
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and daily cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with retailer audit requirements.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and promote a safe working culture.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on inbound/outbound volumes, stock accuracy, and delivery performance.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (3+ years preferred) in FMCG or food distribution.
• Strong knowledge of retailer compliance standards (Coles, Woolworths, Costco).
• Experience in container operations, quarantine inspections, and DAFF Approved Arrangements.
• Solid background in pick packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
• Forklift licence (LF) essential; high-reach forklift experience desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety, and WHS requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
