What We're Looking For

We're after someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows how to build a strong team culture:

  • Proven retail management experience

  • Strong time management and organisation skills

  • Eye for visual merchandising and store presentation

  • Physically capable and able to lead the pace on the floor

  • Ownership mindset - run your department like it's your own

  • Positive, resilient and solutions-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with systems and reporting

  • First Aid certified or open to being trained

Key Responsibilities

You'll support the Store Manager and lead your department with confidence:

  • Deliver strong sales results and meet department KPIs

  • Manage daily stock recovery and high-volume replenishment

  • Ensure visual merchandising is sharp and aligned with campaigns

  • Coordinate effective catalogue launches and promotional set-ups

  • Recruit, coach and develop team members

  • Drive stocktake accuracy and stock integrity initiatives

  • Lead daily operations and be the go-to problem solver
