WHAT WE NEED IN A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Essential

  • Ability to work in Australia legally without any restrictions without needing Visa sponsorship.
  • Have stable employment history (of 1+ year average in each job)
  • RSA certificate (QLD)
  • Solid bar product knowledge of cocktails, high end spirits, solid wine knowledge, craft beers, speciality pre-mix drinks
  • Willing to work in other bars or bistro as required to maximise your hours and when short staffed.
  • RSG certificate (QLD) – or willing to obtain
  • DoFoodSafely certificate (free short course training:  )
  • Professional pride, honesty and integrity.
  • Excellent customer service and personal presentation
  • Ability to work flexibly according to peaks and demands in trade. To start with, working mostly Thursday to Sunday days and nights.
  • Ability to work pretty much anytime including nights, days, weekends, school holidays and public holidays as rostered (all penalties, loadings and allowances are paid).
  • Team player
