The Youth Impact Foundation is dedicated to Australia's young people and the charities supporting them. The Youth Impact Foundation is the central organisation that houses several subsidiary charity brands under a model that allows charities to do their best, highest value work, living out their vision or delivering programs, rather than being in the day-to-day details of running their organisation. About the Role
You will be employed under The Youth Impact Foundation, with your primary responsibility being relationship management.
At The Youth Impact Foundation, Relationship Managers are dynamic and support one or more brands within the organisation as needed. With stakeholders, you will be the main point of contact throughout all steps of product and service delivery for the relevant brands you represent.
Your role will focus on the following detailed functions.
Specifically, you will:
Manage inbound leads - action and conversion of warm inbound leads.
Lead outbound sales - responsible for stakeholder outreach and outbound cold lead generation and conversion. (Call lists, leads and customer profiles are provided).
Manage new and existing clients through the point of purchase, in the lead-up to events and programs, as well as afterwards.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Youth Impact Foundation Brands, impact, and offerings for young people, schools, and community organisations.
Complete effective and detailed CRM management of all new stakeholders, sales, leads, and purchases.
Work as part of the sales and relationships team to implement strategies that help The Youth Impact Foundation to grow.

Location
Employees have flexible working arrangements with hybrid work available based on job role and requirements.
The preference is for an employee based in Sydney, however candidates based in Victoria may be considered.

The Youth Impact Foundation is a child-safe organisation and takes safeguarding and child safety extremely seriously. All staff that work for The Youth Impact Foundation must ensure adherence to a set of policies and practices that are designed to protect and care for all the young people we come into contact with.
It is a requirement that you have the following:
A current paid employee NSW/VIC Working with Children Check (if you don't already have one, you have a willingness and ability to get one. Job offers are conditional on having a valid check).
Willingness to have a police background check carried out on your behalf to ensure you meet our strict working with children requirements.
You must not have any criminal offences prohibiting you from working with children or being barred from working with children in any global jurisdiction.
