Role Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business and user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and efficient systems, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong programming skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. You will have the opportunity to innovate, improve existing systems, and ensure best practices in software architecture, security, and performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering exceptional software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technology evaluations to support scalable system design.
  • Ensure software quality through automated testing, continuous integration, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development skills.
  • Document technical designs, implementation processes, and project progress.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, , Spring Boot, Django, .NET, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Passion for technology, continuous learning, and building high-performance applications.
