The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Assembly & Hydraulic Technician/ Trainee to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This hands-on role involves working across machinery assembly, hydraulics, and general mechanical tasks.

Experience is not required – we hire for attitude and potential and provide full on-the-job training for the right person.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble and fit parts and components for agricultural machinery
  • Work with hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Follow production instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve with support from experienced techs
