Occupational Therapist – Independent Contractor
Approx. $90 - $140 per hour (50% of billings) | Alice Springs-based with Outreach Opportunities
We are seeking skilled and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our Norther Territory team as independent contractors. You'll provide high-quality assessments, therapy, and functional capacity evaluations to clients of all ages—helping children, adults, and older Australians reach their goals and enhance their quality of life.

You'll also have the opportunity to take part in regional outreach work across the Northern Territory—experiencing some of Australia's most stunning and remote landscapes while delivering life-changing care in communities that need it most.

About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current Driver's License
Current AHPRA Registration And First Aid Qualifications
Working with Children Check & National Police Clearance
Experience conducting Functional Capacity Assessments and delivering therapy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Experience working with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
Passion for providing evidence-based, client-centred care
