We are a builder/developer based in Prospect with a 30-year history of successful residential development.

About the role:

Based in Prospect the position requires 2-3 days per week with flexibility offered for start/finish times and days per week.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, as well as BAS preparation, rental invoices and general data entry and purchase order/ bank reconciliations. The position also required dealing with the day-to-day requirements to assist in the smooth functioning of the office. Suited to someone with maturity, experience and lateral thinking who is looking for a long-term position. A positive attitude and professional demeanour are necessary. A competitive remuneration package together with flexibility can be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About You:

You will need to be familiar with MYOB and Xero. We currently use Buildxact and MYOB for data entry however are transitioning solely to Xero in the next financial year.

A polite, professional manner when dealing with our consultants, suppliers, contractors, and clients is essential.

Attention to details and good knowledge of standard accounting practices is an important aspect of this position as well as being an active team player. An accounting qualification is highly desirable.

Drivers licence essential and solid references.
