Are you a passionate and experienced barista looking to join a New bakery/ café in Floreat. We are a new French bakery / café offering pastries , breads and coffee .

We are on the lookout for a Barista to provide exceptional customer service and help create an outstanding coffee experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and dining areas.
  • Assist with stocking, inventory management, and retail coffee sales.
  • Assist with coffee & milk ordering
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Handle sales transactions at the till and operate the POS system.

Requirements:

  • Proven barista skills, including dialling in grinders, latte art, and espresso extraction.
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee and a passion for the industry is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking ability and efficiency during peak hours.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday as required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar café or hospitality role.
