We are looking for a versatile and energetic all-rounder to assist in all areas of our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality service to our customers.
• Assisting customers both over the phone and by email.
• Supporting the external sales team.
• Preparation of quotes.
• Assisting with periodic stock checks.
• Order entry via our CRM system.
• Picking and packing of orders including arranging couriers and transport documentation.
• Checking picked orders and invoicing.
• Assisting with marketing actions such are preparing for tradeshows.

This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with procedures.

About you - Skills and experience:

• Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Exceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the warehouse operations or customer service
• High attention to detail and good organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
• Good computer skills - Knowledge in outlook, excel etc.
• Current driver's license
• Fork lift license (Desirable but not essential)
• Relevant industry experience industry or the desire to pursue a career in Engineering Sales or in Engineering would be highly regarded.
