Whitford Junior Football Club is on the lookout for passionate and experienced AFL coaches to lead our Under 18's Boys and Girls teams for the upcoming season.

If you're driven, committed to player development, and want to be part of a supportive and community-focused club – we want to hear from you

• Coach either the Boys or Girls Under 18's team
• Plan and run engaging training sessions
• Foster team culture, sportsmanship, and individual development
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and club officials
• Attend all games and training sessions throughout the season

• Previous AFL coaching experience (junior or senior level)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to developing young athletes
• Relevant coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• WWC (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one

• A well-established club with strong community values
• Supportive committee and volunteer base
• Opportunities for coaching development and progression
• Inclusive environment – proud to support both male and female footy pathways
