The role

As an Endocrinologist at Hormn, you'll combine clinical expertise with leadership to set the standard for men's health care in a telehealth setting. Alongside consulting with patients and developing tailored treatment plans, you'll provide senior clinical guidance to our doctors, helping them navigate complex cases and deliver safe, evidence-based care.

In this role, you will:

  • Consult with patients online, reviewing medical histories, bloodwork, and health questionnaires with a focus on men's health and hormone-related conditions.
  • Guide and support the clinical team, offering expertise on complex cases and ensuring best-practice treatment pathways.
  • Develop and oversee personalised treatment plans, monitoring outcomes and adjusting care to achieve the best results.
  • Champion compliance and clinical excellence, ensuring all care aligns with medical, ethical, and regulatory frameworks while driving continuous improvements.

Who you are

We're looking for an experienced Endocrinologist who is passionate about advancing men's health and playing a leadership role in a fast-growing, digital-first clinic. You'll bring:

  • Current AHPRA Specialist Registration in Endocrinology.
  • Experience in managing hormone-related and men's health conditions, including testosterone therapy.
  • Strong commitment to compliance, ethics, and clinical governance, with a track record of safe, evidence-based practice.
  • Confidence in providing clinical guidance to peers, supporting doctors in complex case management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients in a telehealth environment.
  • An interest in shaping the future of healthcare, with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements to how care is delivered.
