- Do you have a love for all things mechanical – do you love knowing how things work and how you can improve processes?
- Do you want to work close to home?
- Would you like to step into a business that is STABLE and GROWING where you can develop your career?
As we continue to innovate and expand in the Pet Food Industry, we are excited to welcome new members to our Production Team based at our busy Ingleburn Manufacturing site.
Our production teams are at the heart of our business and are responsible for ensuring we produce our award-winning pet-food products in an efficient, sustainable and consistent manner.
Our Ingleburn site is known as a 'wet' site so you will need to be comfortable working in and around meat products and raw protein.
When you join our Production Teams, you will be working in an environment that is fast-paced and has people from all walks of life and at various stages in their careers. Even though there is an absolute need for consistency around process, no two days will be the same, and you will be with a team that appreciates the need to work together.
Our equipment is big, it is loud and we have a mix of cutting edge and well established equipment for you to work on.
What's on Offer:
We are excited to have a FRESH approach to how we can take your skills and passion and offer you a foot in the door for a career within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
- We're seeking individuals who bring a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a kid you were probably fascinated with big machines and figuring out how things work, and it is highly likely Lego, Meccano or anything mechanical were your go-to toys when you were a kid,
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, GMP environments, or operating equipment will be highly regarded (but not essential)
- Most importantly, you pride yourself on having a positive attitude, being reliable, and are the sort of person who often gets asked to stay back or fill in at short notice because you are well respected by your supervisors and peers.
You'll enjoy flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – from early morning weekday shifts starting at 5:00 AM to weekend opportunities for extra flexibility.
With ongoing training and development support, this role suits both experienced production workers and those eager to build their career in the industry.
There are immediate openings, casual-to-permanent pathways, weekly pay, on-site parking, and a discount on petfood products.
You could be studying engineering at UNI or TAFE or have a trade background such as electrical or plumbing for example.
Or you are still figuring out where you want your career to develop but KNOW you love to make things and are curious about how things work.
This is your chance to become part of a team that values its people and offers genuine career progression. Whether you're looking for a stable, long-term role or a foot in the door to the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you.
