About us

We are a small locally owned building company expanding quickly with residential patio/pergolas and decking work, along with another branch of our company working with modular construction in schools. We work mostly in the Hunter and Lake Macquarie regions with some travel to other areas such as the Central Coast occassionally.

We would like our new team member to drive our residential side and have experience with decks, pergolas and patios etc. A friendly attitute to deal with clients at their homes is a must.

Full time hours with some overtime. Applicants will be employed as Daily Hire employees or casuals to begin. Position will lead to full time for the right applicant depending on skills and experience.

We work across many job sites at one time so your day is never the same and environment changes often.

Qualifications & experience

• White Card
• Drivers License
• Own tools

Tasks & responsibilities

Tasks cover a whole range of things and no day is the same. To list a few:

• Building carports, patios and pergolas
• Decks
• Modular building installations
• Carpentry work
• Work with cranes
• Concreting
• Landscaping
• Fencing
• Covered Walkways
• Machinery operating (for those that are experienced)
• Building set-outs (experience preferred but not necessary)
• Assisting other team members
• Solving on-site issues
• Site clean-ups
• Communicating any queries or questions about project works
