About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry all rounder, to join our dynamic team at Stocked Malvern.

fulltime and part time available. Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

You will be responsible for producing a variety of high-quality savoury pastries, desserts and baked goods that delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and baking a wide range of pastries, pies, cake production, and other baked goods to our exacting standards
2. Ensuring all products are presented beautifully and meet our high-quality standards
3. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to support efficient and safe food preparation
4. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualification in baking, patisserie or a related culinary discipline
2. 3-5 years' experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment
3. Exceptional baking skills and a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing pastries and desserts
4. Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders simultaneously
5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
